Schalksmühle, 15.11.2019. Since its foundation in 2016, Lutronic has been a sister company of the Lumberg Group, which operates worldwide with 1,250 employees. In combination with the specific know-how of the Lumberg Group, which established M12 circular connectors as a worldwide standard at the beginning of the 1980s, Lutronic positions itself as a specialist in connectivity for individual cabling solutions in automation. Lutronic manufactures and sells high-quality M8 and M12 circular connectors for signal, data and power applications – gladly for customer-specific applications. Actuator/sensor connectors on one end and “non-automation” connectors on the other are also included.

The range now also includes M12 connectors that can be assembled in the field. Housing designs and coding as well as the various pole configurations comply with internationally binding standards and thus guarantee manufacturer-independent connector compatibility.

The field-attachable M12 connectors are first offered with 3-5 poles. They come in a straight version and with a screw cap, are A-coded, dust and waterproof to IP67, designed for a temperature range of -25 °C to +90 °C and for cable diameters of 3.0 to 8.0 mm.
